Georgina has edited travel, food and lifestyle magazines for 12 years kickstarted by setting up her own national title in 2003, aged 21. She recently worked in the Middle East for six years for international brands like Time Out and BBC Travel and launched Lonely Planet Traveller Middle East magazine in 2013.
Now based in London she writes for a range of UK, UAE and international press on travel and culture, such as The Times, Conde Nast Traveller, Monocle, Gulf News, Etihad Inflight and a whole lot more. She is also freelance Content Editor for Hip Hotels and works with a number of brands on content strategy and SEO content such as Timberland shoes and Emirates airlines.
She’s in the middle of writing her second novel and is looking for representation. Her first novel lies in a drawer until she can work out how to self publish it properly.
