Lisa Goll made her digital marketing career in publishing for the likes of Harlequin Mills & Boon (AUS), HarperCollins UK and Waterstones. Passionate about creative writing and helping others, she took over London Writers Cafe in 2010 to provide a community that gives writers the support and information needed to achieve their writing ambitions – whatever they may be.
Post-publishing, she remained in digital for education and arts organisations before being snapped up The New York Times Company to manage all digital marketing projects and campaigns for The International New York Times (formerly the Intrnational Herald Tribune), working very closely with colleagues in New York, Paris, Dubai and Hong Kong. In 2013, she was awarded a Publisher’s Award for Outstanding Work on the global rebrand of the International Herald Tribune.
Nowadays, when not immersed in development at London Writers’ Cafe, Lisa freelances for a music video company and performs intensive ‘marketing audits’ for clients who want better results from their content, marketing and publicity efforts. See more on how she does that on her LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lisagoll
Lastly, she’s a (certified) writing coach, Goodreads addict and wine fan.
