Sarah Gregory is a mum of four children whose ages range between teenager and toddlerdum. Sarah has a keen interest in all areas relating historical and contemporary parenting. She completed her Masters in Contemporary History and Politics in 2013 from Birkbeck, University of London. Where she wrote her thesis based on a historical perspective of motherhood.
Sarah has written a series of books entitled, Take Another Mouthful – Parent Mealtime Helper. She co-founded Take Another Media with her sister Louise Asante Domfe in 2014 and they published their first book in September 2014. This book is a critical tool for modern day parents who either struggle with feeding their children or those who strive to create a fun, relaxed and happy mealtime environment.
Sarah previously worked for several government departments including the Home Office and the former Commission for Racial Equality, researching and writing policy on a broad range of equalities issues within the UK.
Sarah loves cooking, baking and creating sugar-free master pieces inspired by Yotam Ottelenghi, Nigel Slater and trusty Delia Smith.
Sarah’s heritage is that of Ghanaian, British and Irish descent. She loves to travel with her children and has spent time in Nigeria, Ghana, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Australia.
