Jeremy Mark – Freelance Editorial Consultant, Editor and Entertainment Writer

With over 20 years experience in devising and editing entertainment magazines – most recently as Editor of weekly celebrity bible Heat – Jeremy is an expert in creating market-leading, engaging and topical entertainment content primarily in print, and also across online and social media.

Highly creative, intuitive and forward thinking with an impeccable eye for detail and the needs of the reader, Jeremy was named runner-up in the Editor: Entertainment Brand category at the November 2014 British Society of Magazine Editors Awards.

Jeremy also made his TV screenwriting debut with an episode of Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks, which aired in March 2012.

He has recently undertaken writing commissions from Universal Music and XIX Entertainment, and is currently planning his first novel and a series of children’s books.

Jeremy was the first UK weekly magazine Editor to feature Kim Kardashian as a main cover star (yes, he’s to blame!), and he (fleetingly) appears in the Spice Girls’ movie.
